We empower children to learn about the brain and to develop their self-command muscle. Creating a model of the brain helps children process how the brain guides everything that they do: their body’s movement, decision making, and emotions! This empowers kids to understand how they can control their brain vs their brain controlling them. Kids learn to identify and regulate their emotions when they know and understand what is causing them to act a certain way! Children also learn that they can “work out” this muscle to grow and learn for their entire lives!
